REILLY O. KIMMERLING is an associate in the Indianapolis office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP where she is a member in the Business & Finance Practice Group.

Ms. Kimmerling concentrates her practice in the areas of business law and international trade. She counsels clients on commercial agreements and general corporate matters, and has experience working on financing transactions, acquisitions and public and private equity offerings. In her international trade practice, Kimmerling advises clients on areas related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, export compliance and licensing, customs, NAFTA and antidumping.  Ms. Kimmerling has worked with emerging and established businesses involved in a variety of industries, including automotive, chemical manufacturing, medical devices and gaming.

Ms. Kimmerling earned her M.B.A. and J.D. from Indiana University – Bloomington in 2007. She received her B.A., with honors, in public policy from the University of Chicago in 2003.
