J. C. BROWN is an associate in the Indianapolis office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister, LLP, where he is a member of the firm's Business and Finance Practice Group. Mr. Brown concentrates his practice on complex business transactions where he represents private equity and venture capital funds as well as strategic investors in various transactional matters. He also provides routine corporate counseling services to the firm's institutional clients.
Mr. Brown graduated cum laude from the University of Kentucky in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
