KEVIN HILVERT is a partner in the firm’s Columbus office and a member of the Health and Life Sciences Practice Group. He focuses his practice on advising and counseling healthcare providers on a wide range of transactional and healthcare regulatory matters, including structuring and negotiating physician practice acquisitions; developing and implementing joint ventures, clinical co-management agreements, quality and performance improvement initiatives, recruitment agreements, and a variety of other hospital-physician integration strategies. Mr. Hilvert also provides advice and guidance regarding compliance with federal and state fraud and abuse laws and health information privacy and security laws, including the Anti-kickback statute, Stark Law, the CMP statute and HIPAA.
