Danielle Tucker

DANIELLE TUCKER is a member of the Labor and Employment practice group in Taft’s Indianapolis office. She concentrates her practice in all aspects of labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis on prevention and defense of employment litigation. Her practice includes defending employment discrimination and labor arbitration charges; drafting and enforcing employment contracts, severance agreements, and non-compete and confidentiality agreements; drafting personnel policies and practices; and handling wage and hour and independent contractor classification issues.
Ms. Tucker is also a member of the firm’s FCPA and International Anti-Corruption Practice Area. She drafts anti-corruption policies and training materials and develops risk-based anti-corruption compliance programs.
Ms. Tucker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in geography and German from the University of St. Thomas, a Master of Arts degree in geography from Indiana University, and a Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, she served as the Executive Notes Editor for the Indiana Law Review. Ms. Tucker has been selected as a 2011-2012 participant in United Way of Central Indiana's Leadership United - Executive Women's Leadership Series for 2011-2012.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tucker worked as an urban planner in New York and New Jersey and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David Hamilton, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
