EMILY C. MCNICHOLAS is an attorney in the Litigation Practice Group at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. She received her bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Political Science from Miami University in 2005 where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. McNicholas received her J.D. from the Vanderbilt University Law School in 2009 where she served as a development editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law.
