Ronald D. Brown brings more than 15 years of global C-level experience to his client engagements. He currently serves as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Makino Inc., a leading global metalworking technology company, and he is is the retired Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Milacron Inc., a leading supplier of plastics processing and industrial fluids technologies with major manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe and Asia. Ron also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Milacron.
 
Ron has considerable experience in acquisition and integration of businesses, as well as financial and operational restructurings. He has led strategic growth initiatives for emerging markets, as well as implementation of six sigma training and lean programs on a global basis.
 
Ron received his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Cincinnati, where he graduated magna cum laude.  He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he currently serves on its advisory board.
 
Ron serves on the board of directors of two global manufacturing companies, A.O. Smith, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Zep Inc., Atlanta, Georgia. He also served on the board of Student Loan Funding Inc., which was acquired by Sallie Mae. Ron serves on various not-for-profit boards, having served as Chairman of the American Red Cross, Cincinnati Chapter and, for the last two years, as Chairman of the Steering Committee for Leadership Cincinnati, a leadership development program for the Chamber of Commerce.
