ANDREW R.THALER, an associate in Taft's Dayton office, focuses on Workers' Compensation Law. He handles all aspects of workers' compensation claims from the initial filing of the claim to hearings before the Industrial Commission, to the Courts of Common Pleas, and the Court of Appeals. Mr. Thaler is the past President of the National Human Resources Association-Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Affiliate, and is a frequent presenter at professional education programs on workers' compensation. Mr. Thaler received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
