JENNIFER HANN HARRISON is a partner in the Labor and Employment and Workers’ Compensation practice groups, and leads the Dayton office’s Workers’ Compensation practice.  She represents management in a variety of employment-related matters, including investigating and defending VSSR’s, employer intentional torts, and claims of retaliatory discharge.  An experienced litigator, Ms. Harrison has defended numerous cases to jury trial.  Her practice includes appearing before administrative agencies, the Courts of Common Pleas, Ohio Appellate Courts and the Ohio Supreme Court.  Ms. Harrison frequently speaks on workers’ compensation and employment topics. She is a member of the Dayton Bar Association, and serves on the Certified Grievance Committee, having previously chaired the Committee for a two year term.  She is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and serves on the Council of Delegates.  Ms. Harrison is a 2009 Ohio State Bar Foundation Fellow and is a member of the Ohio Self-Insurers’ Association.  She chairs the Dayton Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee and serves on a Senate task force that was convened in 2009 to study privatization of the Ohio Workers’ Compensation System.  Ms. Harrison has been selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer.  Ms. Harrison received her undergraduate degree from West Chester University and her law degree from The Dickinson School of Law.
