Ms. Shelby is a member of the firm’s Environmental Law group. She received a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Law and Society, with minors in Forensic Science and Psychology from Purdue University in 2004. She earned her juris doctorate, summa cum laude, from Indiana University-Indianapolis in May 2008, where she was the Executive Notes Editor of the Indiana Law Review, a Moot Court participant, a Property Law tutor for the Dean’s Tutorial Society, and a recipient of the Gold Award for her Pro Bono service. Ms. Shelby is a member of the US Patent Bar, having passed the Patent Bar Exam in August 2006. Also in 2006, she spent the summer working at the Marion County Prosecutors' Office, where she gave a lecture regarding DNA evidence.
