David Ruffner is a member of the Corporate Department in Taft's Dayton office. Mr. Ruffner practices in the areas of corporate and business law, corporate and individual taxation, health care law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, estate and succession planning, contracts, financing, and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Ruffner has negotiated and worked on numerous start-ups, acquisitions, mergers, and sales and purchases of companies in a broad range of industries and businesses, including manufacturing, service and professional companies, health care organizations, medical practices, and tax-exempt entities. His experience includes tax and business representation and consulting on a broad variety of matters important to the business, legal, and financial needs of clients.
