HAYLEY WILLIAMS' practice includes general health care law, fraud and abuse, Medicare billing and compliance, and  regulatory and business transactions. Ms. Williams has experience in advising and counseling owners, operators, and managers of long term care facilities, including MRDD providers, waiver program providers, and intermediate care facilities, on a multitude of legal and business issues.
 
Ms. Williams was involved with the Drug Policy and Public Health Strategies Clinic at the University of Maryland. While in law school, Ms. Williams was an intern with Johns Hopkins Health System Office of General Counsel involved with the analysis and implementation of their Homeland Security protocols and HIPAA compliance program.
 
Ms. Williams received a certificate in Health Care Law from the University of Maryland School of Law Program for Law and Health Care.  Additionally, Ms. Williams is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, Ohio Health Care Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
