Aileen Sexton Kopfinger's practice is focused in the area of commercial real estate. Prior to entering private practice, she worked as in house counsel for both a real estate developer and a national tenant. The majority of her work focuses on the representation of developers and national tenants with regard to the buying, selling, leasing, financing, and development of real property for office and retail purposes.
Ms. Sexton Kopfinger’s other areas of practice include residential real estate (representation of buyers and sellers) and small business representation (formation and organization of business entities).
Ms. Sexton Kopfinger is a member of the Ohio State and American Bar Associations. She is a frequent lecturer on real estate issues in Northeast Ohio, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Bellflower Center for Prevention of Child Abuse.
