RICHARD ROSNER primarily represents developers and builders in buying, financing, developing, leasing and selling residential, commercial and industrial real property. He has substantial experience in condominium developments and conversions, cluster developments, planned unit developments, mixed-use developments, subdivision developments and land use issues. Notable clients in his area of specialty include the developer of two Jack Nicklaus residential golf course communities.

Mr. Rosner is the author of "Reducing the Risk of a Failing Common Ownership Community" published in The Practical Real Estate Lawyer, "Cluster Housing: Wave of the Future" published in Properties magazine, and "A Lender's Primer: Major Repair Loans for Condominiums and Other Common Ownership Communities," published in Probate & Property Magazine of the ABA.

Mr. Rosner is former Vice Chairman of the ABA's Committee H-1 (Development and Financing of Condominiums). He is currently chairman of the Common Ownership Committee of the Cleveland Bar Association and past chairman of its Real Estate Section. As Chair of this committee, Mr. Rosner was instrumental in the preparation of a new condominium statute that became effective in July 2004.  Mr. Rosner was also past Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Cleveland Bar Association.  Mr. Rosner is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, where he served on the Board of Governors of its Real Estate Law Section. Mr. Rosner is also listed in the current editions of Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business and Ohio Super Lawyers (Top 100 Lawyers). In addition, Mr. Rosner is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
