Bill Phillips is co-chair of the Real Estate Practice and represents a significant number of national and regional shopping center developers. He represents national and regional chain tenants and is fully conversant with issues regarding the development of retail projects in partnership with major anchor tenants.

Mr. Phillips has lectured on property acquisition and title issues at the National Business Institute and retail lease issues at the International Council of Shopping Center Law National Law Conference. He is a founding member of the Ohio International Council of Shopping Center Law Symposium, member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and of the American, California, Ohio State, and Cleveland Bar Associations.

While in law school, Mr. Phillips was Editor-In-Chief of the Ohio State Law Journal.  He is listed in Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law, Chambers USA America's Leading Lawyers for Business, and Ohio Super Lawyers.
