Brad Klink focuses his practice primarily on corporate and general transactional matters.  Mr. Klink has represented a wide variety of business entities, from public companies to emerging growth companies, with regard to entity formation and financing (including private equity and venture capital matters), on-going business planning, contract preparation and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, issues dealing with public and private securities regulations and a variety of other general corporate matters.  Mr. Klink has significant experience in finance and lending transactions, particularly those relating to commercial real estate matters.  Mr. Klink also consults with businesses in regards to the registration, maintenance and protection of trademarks and service marks at the federal and state level.

While in law school, Mr. Klink completed a judicial externship for Judge Timothy E. McMonagle of the Court of Appeals of the Ohio Eighth Appellate District. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association, and also serves as a committee member for First Tee of Cleveland.
