MARCI REDDICK is a member of the Business and Real Estate practice groups. She represents clients in all phases of real estate acquisition, sales, finance, and development. Ms. Reddick has extensive experience in representing clients before various local land use authorities. She also represents clients forming new business entities and provides counsel regarding franchise matters.
Ms Reddick is currently a member of the Indiana Business Law Survey Commission and is the past Chair of Board II of the Marion County Board of Zoning Appeals, a position she held for eight years. She was a Governor's appointee to the Intelenet Commission and served on its Executive Committee from 1996-2004. In addition to her private practice experience, Ms. Reddick served as Corporations Counsel in the Office of Evan Bayh, Indiana Secretary of State from 1987-1988 and as Executive Assistant to him as Governor from 1989-1990. She is a frequent speaker on business and real estate law issues.
