LISA WATSON is the Director of Legal Personnel. She is responsible for all aspects of professional development including orientation, integration, mentoring and training. She is also responsible for the recruitment of summer associates and lawyers. Ms. Watson has over 9 years experience in recruiting and professional development. Ms. Watson speaks, on a regular basis, with law students and new lawyers regarding recruiting and professional development matters. Prior to joining the legal recruitment and professional development arena, Ms. Watson worked in corporate sales, the relocation industry and as a recruiter.
