ANDREW KIGHT is a partner in the Indianapolis office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York in 1993, and received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington, graduating cum laude in 1997. Mr. Kight is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and numerous state and national bar associations. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Kight served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Navy.
As a member of the firm’s bankruptcy practice group, Mr. Kight represents both debtors and creditors in commercial reorganizations and liquidations, including all aspects of bankruptcy litigation. He is also a member of the firm’s business restructuring and creditor rights practice group. In that capacity, Mr. Kight represents businesses and individuals in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, assists clients in renegotiating and restructuring loans and credit obligations, and engages in all aspects of post-judgment enforcement and collection.
