DEBBIE MCVICKER LYNCH represents clients in all aspects of business litigation. Her practice has included litigation of contract disputes, business break-ups, antitrust matters, securities fraud cases, professional malpractice actions, and non-competition and trade secret matters. Ms. Lynch also served as Special Master in Bridgestone/Firestone Tires Products Liability Federal Multidistrict Litigation from 2000-2004.
After graduating summa cum laude from Indiana University School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana Law Review, Ms. Lynch was law clerk to the Honorable Sarah Evans Barker, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Indiana. Ms. Lynch now practices extensively in federal court, and since 1989 has been a member of the Local Rules Committee for the Southern District of Indiana. She is also an adjunct professor of Complex Litigation at Indiana University School of Law.
