MARK PALMER focuses his practice on representing clients before the Indiana General Assembly and before regulatory agencies on the state and local level. He has over 25 years of participation in and lobbying the Indiana General Assembly. Mr. Palmer served as a member of the House of Representatives, Indiana General Assembly, from 1984-1990.
Mr. Palmer is a frequent speaker and author on governmental affairs issues. Most recently Mr. Palmer made presentations to the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum's seminar on Government Practice and Procedure on the topic of Ethics in Govenrment and before the the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana's seminar on Insurance and Trial Tactics regarding recent legislative issues.
At Kentucky Wesleyan College, Mr. Palmer played on its 1973 NCAA Division II National Championship Basketball Team.
