MARK PALMER focuses his practice on representing clients before the Indiana General Assembly and before regulatory agencies on the state and local level. He has over 24 years of participation in and lobbying the Indiana General Assembly. Mr. Palmer served as a member of the House of Representatives, Indiana General Assembly, from 1984-1990.
Mr. Palmer is a frequent speaker and author on governmental affairs issues. Most recently he presented at a legal seminar to the National Federation of High Schools on governmental affairs issues and spoke on governmental ethics to the Indiana Association of Counties as a part of its DIPLOMA program.
At Kentucky Wesleyan College, Mr. Palmer played on its 1973 NCAA Division II National Championship Team.
