GARY PITTENGER is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Intellectual Property groups and also practices extensively in the areas of Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility. His litigation experience at the trial court and appellate levels includes a wide range of subject matters, including contracts, antitrust, insurance, alcoholic beverages, trade secrets, intellectual property rights and various business torts.He has represented vendors and users of technology in connection with hardware acquisition; software licensing, development and distribution; and in the litigation of computer hardware and software related issues. Mr. Pittenger also advises lawyers and law firms with respect to professional ethics, risk management and liability issues.
