LIZ RAYNOR is a member of the firm’s Business practice group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, business transactions and general corporate advising. She joined the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions practice group in March 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Raynor served on former Indianapolis Mayor Bart Peterson’s cabinet as his Director of Constituent Services. After working with many dedicated attorneys in Peterson’s administration, Ms. Raynor chose to attend law school. While at IU Indianapolis, she was named to the Moot Court Order of Barristers, the Moot Court Board and she participated in the National Moot Court Competition in New York City. She was also a member of the Indiana Health Law Review. Ms. Raynor finds mergers and acquisitions law very challenging and exciting yet remains actively involved in local area politics and is committed to electing dedicated public leaders.
