MARLENE REICH is a partner in the Indianapolis office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP focusing her practice on insolvency-related matters, representing debtors, creditors and other parties in corporate reorganizations and workouts, loan restructuring and financing transactions, and creditor composition agreements. Ms. Reich graduated from Indiana University, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with a double major in Sociology and Forensic Studies and earned her juris doctorate, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law in 1983. Ms. Reich is the past President of the Indiana Association for Corporate Renewal, a professional organization based in Indianapolis for attorneys, bankers, accountants and others engaged in the turnaround business. She is also the past Chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Section. Ms. Reich is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and creditors' rights topics, lecturing for over a decade at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum's Annual Bankruptcy Institute. She has also published numerous articles on a variety of bankruptcy topics for the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal. Ms. Reich is listed in The Best Lawyers in America by Woodward/White, Inc. and is named as an Indiana Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine.
