GAYLE REINDL is a partner in the firm's Litigation practice group and provides antitrust, business and commercial litigation services for plaintiffs and defendants.  Gayle has been an antitrust litigator for almost twenty years and has worked on more than a dozen antitrust cases.  She successfully defended Microsoft Corporation in two "tag-along" cases filed in Indiana state courts.  See Berghausen v. Microsoft Corp., 765 N.E.2d 592 (Ind. Ct. App. 2002).  Some of her other antitrust cases include Sanderson v. Culligan International Co., 415 F.3d 620 (7th Cir. 2005); Gateway Contracting Services, LLC v. Sagamore Health Network, Inc., 2002 WL 731686 (S.D. Ind. March 20, 2002); Denny's Marina, Inc. v. Renfro Productions, Inc., 8 F.3d 1217 (7th Cir. 1993); and Banks v. NCAA, 977 F.2d 1081 (7th Cir. 1992).
