RICHARD ROWLEY is a member of the firm’s Public Law and Life Sciences Law practice groups. He focuses his practice on business interactions at the state and local governmental levels.
Mr. Rowley's experience includes services as Legislative Director for former Indiana governor Joseph E. Kernan. Prior to joining the governor’s office, Mr. Rowley served as General Counsel for Indiana’s Department of Commerce where he was instrumental in the development and implementation of economic development legislation and business negotiations throughout Indiana. Mr. Rowley's practice also encompasses MBE/ WBE and ACDBE Certifications.
