PETER PETERMAN is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Environmental practice groups, and focuses his practice on complex civil, commercial, and environmental litigation. During law school he was a Note Development Editor for the Indiana Law Review, and completed externships with Indiana Governor Joseph Kernan's office and Judge L. Mark Bailey of the Indiana Court of Appeals. Mr. Prettyman received the 2003 David R. Papke Prize for best student Law Review Note (published by the Indiana Law Review) and the 2004 George O. Dix Writing Competition Award for best scholarly paper by a graduating student.
