PETER PRETTYMAN is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Environmental practice groups, and focuses his practice on complex civil, commercial, and environmental litigation.  Mr. Prettyman also represents clients in copyright infringement litigation and handles matters involving constitutional law, including defense of civil rights actions brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. During law school he was a Note Development Editor for the Indiana Law Review, and completed externships with Indiana Governor Joseph Kernan's office and Judge L. Mark Bailey of the Indiana Court of Appeals.  Mr. Prettyman received the 2003 David R. Papke Prize for best student Law Review Note (published by the Indiana Law Review) and the 2004 George O. Dix Writing Competition Award for best scholarly paper by a graduating student.  He was named a Rising Star in Indiana by Law & Politics magazine in 2011 and 2012.
