KEITH SWEDO is a registered patent attorney and a member of the Intellectual Property practice group. He concentrates his practice in all areas of intellectual property law including patents, trademarks and copyrights. He has significant experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications; providing patentability, validity and infringement opinions; drafting and prosecuting trademark applications; providing trademark opinions; litigating patent and trademark matters; providing copyright registration and enforcement; and drafting and negotiating licensing agreements. Prior to and while attending law school, Keith was an electrical engineer in the advanced development group of Delphi Automotive Corporation.
