Associate
MARILYN TUCKER is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. She received a B.A. from DePauw University in 2003 and a J.D from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 2007. While in law school, Ms. Tucker was named to the Moot Court Order of the Barristers. She also participated in the Client Counseling Competition and served as a member of the Client Counseling Board, and volunteered for the Indiana Civil Liberties Union. In 2007, Ms. Tucker was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Indiana, United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Ms. Tucker is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. Ms. Tucker volunteers for the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic and Pro-Bono Protective Order Project.
