DAVID L. GUEVARA, Ph.D., an associate at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, is a member of the firm’s Environmental Law and Litigation practice groups. Mr. Guevara concentrates his practice in complex environmental litigation, including environmental insurance, environmental liability, and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Guevara attended the University of Notre Dame Law School where he was Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of College and University Law and recipient of the Graham Law Fellowship. While at Notre Dame, Mr. Guevara received a Dean’s Award for achieving the highest grade in Trial Advocacy. Mr. Guevara is the author of “U.S. Supreme Court Helps Liable Parties Share Costs of Remediating Contaminated Property Under Evolving CERCLA Jurisprudence,” and “Dissecting New Tax Laws: How to Understand New Deductions, Who Qualifies for Them, and What Benefits Can be Derived from Them.” Mr. Guevara is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
