KELLY GREEN is a member of the firm’s Business and Health & Life Sciences practice groups. Ms. Green focuses her practice on health care related matters, including business transactions, regulatory and compliance matters related to HIPAA, Stark and the Anti-Kickback Statute, and licensure and certification actions affecting professionals and providers. Prior to earning her law degree, Ms. Green practiced as a registered nurse for seven years at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana and Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, Indiana.
