SHELLEY S. FRASER is a member of the firm’s health care practice group. She focuses her practice on business transactions and regulatory compliance, including advising clients on matters involving HIPAA, the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Ms. Fraser has a clinical background in healthcare. She is a registered radiologic technologist and has experience in a variety of healthcare settings.
Ms. Fraser served as the education consultant of medical imaging at a leading health care system prior to entering law school. She received her bachelor degree from Indiana University with highest distinction and her juris doctorate from Indiana University Law School - Indianapolis summa cum laude. During law school Ms. Fraser served as Articles Editor on the Indiana Law Review, was a founding member and the Executive Notes Editor of the Indiana Health Law Review, and completed the Health Law Concentration with honors. She serves on the executive committee of the ABA Health Law Section Breast Cancer Task Force.
