RALPH CARUSO is a member of the firm’s business group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and related financing transactions. Mr. Caruso has significant experience in private equity and gaming-related transactions and counsels both private and public companies on a variety of transactional matters.

Mr. Caruso regularly counsels two leading private capital firms focused on leveraged acquisitions and sponsoring management buy-outs of privately owned businesses, public companies and their divisions and subsidiaries. Mr. Caruso has also regularly represented gaming development and investment companies in connection with pari-mutuel, land-based, riverboat and Native American gaming transactions.

Mr. Caruso has advised clients on transactions involving companies with operations and facilities in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia, that are involved in a diverse group of industries.

A native of upstate New York, Mr. Caruso graduated magna cum laude from LeMoyne College in 1991. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he graduated in 1994.
