JAYNA CACIOPPO is a member of the firm's Environmental and Litigation practice groups. She concentrates her practice on complex environmental, business and criminal litigation, including environmental coverage disputes, toxic torts and trial and appellate criminal defense. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service in 1998, and her J.D. magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 2005. While in law school, Ms. Cacioppo was an Articles Editor for the Indiana University Law Review, and her note, Voluntary Acknowledgements of Paternity: Should Biology Play a Role in Determining who can be a Legal Father was published in 2005. She is active within the Indianapolis community and serves on the Bar Enhancement Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
