Jayna Morse Cacioppo

JAYNA CACIOPPO is a litigator with significant experience in complex litigation, primarily in the environmental context. She has represented major corporations in environmental actions involving CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act and related state statutes. She also has extensive experience involving the New Source Review provisions of the CAA, underground storage tank compliance and liability, environmental insurance coverage litigation, civil and criminal enforcement actions and toxic tort litigation.
She received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service in 1998, and her J.D. magna cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2005. She currently serves on the Grant Review and Pink Tie Ball Committees of the Indianapolis Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and is a Board Member for MCCOY (Marion County Commission On Youth). She was chosen to participate in the United Way Executive Women’s Leadership Program and was selected by Law & Politics Magazine as an Indiana Rising Star in 2010 and 2011.
