STACIA BUECHLER is a partner with the firm and practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions. Before returning to her home state of Indiana and joining the firm, Stacia was an associate for a Chicago law firm. Stacia has served on the board of directors of several networking and community organizations in Indiana and Illinois and has spearheaded several projects for inner city students, including a college preparatory and scholarship program for the McCormick Boys and Girls Club in Chicago, Illinois. Stacia is also a guest lecturer for the communication studies department of Butler University, where she teaches students about professional and interpersonal communications.
