JONATHAN BRYANT is a member of the firm’s Business Law Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bryant served as the General Counsel for the Department of Waterworks through the Office of Corporation Counsel in Indianapolis. As General Counsel he negotiated and closed multiple commercial transactions. Mr. Bryant also served as Assistant Corporation Counsel where he counseled numerous city and county officers and agencies, including the Office of Finance and Management, the Department of Administration, and the Cable Franchise Board. In addition, he participated in advancing Mayor Bart Peterson’s Indianapolis Works initiative, including the successful consolidation of city and county budgeting and auditing functions.
