DAVE BROMUND is a business lawyer and practice contact for the Health & Life Sciences Group. He regularly advises clients on legal, business and regulatory aspects of complex business transactions primarily in the health industry. Clients include leading hospitals, health systems, physicians and physician groups, as well as life science entrepreneurs, scientists and investors. His practice includes all aspects of health law with particular emphasis on serving as lead counsel in complex business transactions. Mr. Bromund also has extensive experience outside the health industry in complex business transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and capital raising transactions. He frequently works with emerging growth companies on business, tax and securities law matters including securities offerings to raise capital. At Wabash College, Mr. Bromund was captain of its 1984-85 Basketball Team and was a letterman on its 1982 NCAA Division III National Championship Team.
