EDWIN BROECKER is a member of the Business and Real Estate Practice Groups. Mr. Broecker advises large and small privately-held companies in various industries, including hospitality and gaming, high technology, IT and life sciences, construction, manufacturing, and sales and distribution. Mr. Broecker concentrates his practice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate (acquisitions, leasing and financing). His practice includes advising clients regarding the proper structure, acquiring capital, and acquiring and disposing of business assets. Mr. Broecker has represented clients in numerous significant commercial transactions over the years, including the development, sale or refinancing of retail centers, office buildings, and hotels and gaming facilities.
