HEIDI H. TRIMARCO is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Ms. Trimarco began her practice in environmental litigation at Taft in August of 2007. She has extensive experience in complex litigation, including federal and state statutory claims, toxic torts, class actions, criminal matters, administrative actions, and appellate practice. She has participated on the trial and appellate teams for several toxic tort class actions. Ms. Trimarco also regularly advises Taft clients on regulatory compliance issues, and she has negotiated agreements with federal, state, and local administrative agencies. She frequently publishes articles in Taft's Environmental Practice Newsletter. She is licensed to practice law in New York, Massachusetts, and Ohio.
Ms. Trimarco received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, where she served as photography editor for the The Dartmouth and was a member of Abaris Senior Society and Green Key Society. During college, Ms. Trimarco interned with Cravath, Swaine and Moore in New York and Thornton and Naumes in Boston, Massachusetts, gaining experience in environmental law and litigation. After graduating cum laude from Dartmouth, Ms. Trimarco worked as a trial preparation assistant in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office in New York. She attended law school at the Boston College School of Law, where she participated in civil litigation and criminal prosecution clinics.
Ms. Trimarco is a member of the Health and Environment Committee of Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory's Young Professionals Kitchen Cabinet. She also sits on the Infrastructure and Environment Committee of the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the firm’s Professional Women’s Resource Group.
