LYNN M. SCHULTE is an attorney in the Business & Finance Department of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. She received her undergraduate degree from Miami University and her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and Order of the Coif. Her practice includes advising clients with regard to mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements, and general business issues. Prior to attending law school and joining Taft, Ms. Schulte spent nine years underwriting corporate lending transactions for JPMorgan Chase and U.S. Bank.

Ms. Schulte is a former board member and serves on several committees with Give Back Cincinnati and is a board member of Working in Neighborhoods. She also participates in Xavier University's Executive Mentor Program and serves on committees for the 100 Wise Women breakfast series.
