DOUGLAS C. ANSPACH JR. is a partner in the Dayton office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He received his undergraduate degree, graduating cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and law degree from The College of William and Mary. Mr. Anspach concentrates his practice in the area of labor and employment law. Mr. Anspach has assisted clients in a broad range of matters including issues arising out of the American With Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act as well as other federal and state anti-discrimination statutes. In addition, he represents employers in matters arising out of the National Labor Relations Act, including collective bargaining, training management and supervisory employees in union avoidance and defending against unfair labor practice charges. He has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star by Cincinnati Magazine each year the distinction has been awarded, beginning in 2005. Mr. Anspach currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Good Neighbor House Board of Trustees and serves on the Leadership Dayton Board of Governors.
