BEN HELWIG is an attorney in the Dayton office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. His practice is focused on commercial and corporate law with an emphasis on real property transactions and general corporate governance. His experience includes commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, commercial and residential leasing, the formation, transfer and acquisition of entities or ownership interest in the same, and contract drafting and negotiation. Mr. Helwig also manages formal litigation that concerns real property.
Mr. Helwig graduated magna cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law where he served on the law review. He received his undergraduate degree from Miami University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
