KRISTIN L. SAFIER is an associate in the Litigation Department of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. She received her undergraduate degree from Miami University, her law degree from the University of Cincinnati, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Safier graduated from law school Order of the Coif and was an Articles Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review and the Human Rights Quarterly.  Ms. Safier practices commercial litigation before federal and state courts.  She has assisted the firm in a variety of matters, including environmental, trust, and sports litigation.  Ms. Safier has taught courses in gender and law at Miami University and legal research and writing at the University of Dayton School of Law.  She serves as a Board Member of the Ohio Valley Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and is a member of the firm's Professional Women's Resource Group (PWRG).
