MATTHEW T. VIOLA is an associate in the Cleveland office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He has a general business practice including the formation and selection of proper entities, dissolutions, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Viola is a member of the firm's Real Property Practice in which he handles the acquisition and development of commercial and residential property, financing arrangements and the drafting and negotiation of all types of contracts and commercial leases. He is a member of the firm's Family Business Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions Practices. He is also a member of the firm's Employment Committee and maintains membership with the International Council of Shopping Centers.  Mr. Viola received his undergraduate degree from Miami University and his law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law where he served as managing editor of the Cleveland State University Law Review.
