PATRICK J. KREBS is a partner in the Cleveland office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He primarily is involved in the representation of clients in various types of real estate, business, and litigation matters. Mr. Krebs also has experience representing professional athletes in connection with contract negotiations, endorsements, career counseling, public relations and marketing.
He has been selected by Super Lawyers magazine as a "Rising Star" in the field of Business Litigation for 2009. This honor is bestowed upon the top 2.5% of Ohio attorneys who are under the age of 40 or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. The "Rising Star" selection process is based solely on peer recognition and professional achievement.
Mr. Krebs is also active in various community organizations and volunteers his time to several worthy causes such as serving as a tutor to high school students as part of the Cleveland Bar Association and the Cleveland Municipal School District's "3Rs Program" and as a volunteer for the Cleveland Legal Aid Society's Brief Advice Clinics.
He received his undergraduate degree, graduating cum laude, from Villanova University, where he recived a four-year athletic scholarship to play football. He received his law degree, graduating cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and Cleveland Bar Association. Mr. Krebs is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
