WILBUR L. COLLINS, of counsel with the law firm of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, graduated from Ohio State University in 1954 with degrees from the School of Law and the School of Science and Business Administration. He graduated from New York University School of Law in 1960 with a Master's in Labor Law degree. Mr. Collins practiced exclusively in employment and labor relations matters, representing employers in EEOC and OCRC discrimination matters before agencies and courts, NLRP proceedings, OSHA, OFCCP and FLSA matters. In earlier years, he negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements and tried several hundred arbitration cases. He was listed continuously in The Best Lawyers in America for many years, and served as chairman of the firm's Management and Administration Committee for 15 years.
