TRACEY A. PUTHOFF, a partner in the Business and Finance Practice Group, graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where she was Order of the Curia and a research editor of the Law Review. Ms. Puthoff received her undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Missouri and worked as an engineer for McDonnell Aircraft Company and GE Aircraft Engines. Her practice includes all aspects of general corporate law, primarily focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, and including intellectual property and computer law matters. Ms. Puthoff is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She was selected by Cincinnati Magazine as a 2005 and 2006 Super Lawyers Rising Star and selected for Best Lawyers in America for 2008, 2009 and 2010. Ms. Puthoff is President of the board of the Hamilton County Board of Health and a member of the firm’s Professional Women's Resource Group (PWRG).
